Diemer & Wei, LLP is the partnership of two seasoned business litigators, Kathryn S. Diemer and Julia M. Wei.
Kathryn was the managing partner of Diemer, Whitman & Cardosi, LLP, which she founded in 2003. The firm has grown and the core values remain the same--commitment and integrity. Kathryn is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in handling sophisticated business litigation and insolvency matters. Julia represents real estate investors, private lenders, mortgage brokers, and loan servicers and has done so since 2001.
